Barton Goldenberg is founder and President of ISM Inc.- a pioneering firm launched in 1985, when the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) was just taking form- and one of the first three inductees into the CRM Hall of Fame.
Barton writes frequently for leading publications and has been featured in USAToday, CIO magazine, Direct Marketing News, CRM magazine and many others. He is the author of three books and is currently working on a fourth, “Integrated Digital Strategy- Your Roadmap to 2030”.
Prior to founding ISM, Barton held senior management positions at the U.S. Department of State and Monsanto Europe S.A. He holds a B.Sc. (Economics) degree with honors from the Wharton School of Business and a M.Sc. (Economics) degree from the London School of Economics.
