  1. Missed livestream this week. I’d appreciate your insight next Wednesday on whether you think Escalation clauses on new builds will go away as country opens up. Thanks!

  2. Josh is really the best lender out there – Super knowledgeable, straight shooter and will bend over backwards to help…Jeb's not bad either, ha.

  3. Totally missed the show, gents. Re-watching now. Got a rare date night, so capitalized. Salute!!!

  4. I have a FHA. I put in ten offers so far no one will accept my offers. Is this normal w/FHA loans or is because how crazy the real estate market is right now? I live in central Florida been looking in the Ocala area.

  5. Looking to put an offer on a home. 3% down conventional, 25K above asking, 12K appraisal gap, and waiving inspection. In your opinion do you think an offer like mine would look better than someone putting 20% down?

  6. Just recently divorce and I owned a home with my ex. We sold the home to my son last month. My question is can I be considered a first time home buyer. Plan is to mobe from Virginia to North Carolina. I live on the Virginia/North Carolina border now so moving to North Carolina wouldn't be a problem. Thank you so much.
