  1. I have 2 questions. Wven if its a ballpark figure. How nuch house can i qualafy for on fha loan. GOD willing i will be getting a raise to $32 an hr.     Great video as always. If you can't pay over appraisal then you need to look for the right type of house. I found one that needed new carpet, cabinet updating and some fresh paint. Because it wasn't an Instagram house, I got it for 5K under asking and the house appraised for higher than my offer. I just got the clear to close so keep the faith because good deals are out there if your willing to buy a house that needs a little work.

    Our seller was kind enough to spilt the buffer 10k each.
