  1. Although the price is steady I noticed houses are selling out so quickly probably because of the stamp duty holiday extension till 30th June. The question is- As a first-time buyer (duty-free at all time), is it wise to wait and buy the house after 30th June?

  2. What would be the best advise to pay off mortgage early? I'm currently making overpayments, would this be best on a fixed rate or variable?thanks

Enjoy your videos they are very informative. Thank you

  4. Thanks Nicola. It would be useful if you could cover issues surrounding valuation for re-mortgaging purposes. So, the initial valuation from the home owner and the factors that should inform that figure, the lenders valuation, down valuations etc etc. Best Wishes, Sam

  5. Love the informative videos, you can really see the effort put into them, not to mention your great consistency!
