Thanks you for your comments! I do my best to keep up with them for the first few days after a video comes out, but due to the volume of comments on all of my videos, and to the general hustle and bustle of life, I must give up the fight after a while. If you are leaving a question four or more days after a video comes out I can’t guarantee I’ll see it, but perhaps one of my other viewers knows the answer and can help out. Thanks in advance to those who contribute and share their knowledge. Cheers and stay safe everyone!

  1. ‘ Boxhill or bust ‘ by Dumpys rusty nuts. A London based U.K. band, Boxhill is a well known and visited natural beauty spot and has been a sunday destination for motorcyclists since motorcycles were sold.

  2. "Motorbiking" by Chris Spedding, no other song captures being young & on a motorbike better than this. "Funky Moped" by Jasper Carrot. If "Motorbiking" was the "How I think I Look When I Ride My Motorbike", all black leather & going fast, then "Funky Moped' is the "What I Actually Look Like Riding My Motorbike" complete with ill fitting helmet, dodgy electrics & acne. Listen to it if only for the opportunity to flip it over for "The Magic Roundabout" on the B Side.

  3. Great list! You now have me looking up a bunch of these I’ve never heard before.
I have to add my own two cents here – oh, wait no pennies anymore, is it five cents then? – We can’t forget that not all 14 year olds were listening to Twisted Sister, or Judas Priest for that matter. Some of us were nerds, goths, punks or just lost. So I have to suggest: Love and Rockets “Motorcycle,” The Fat Truckers “Superbike” and, for the Toronto crowd, Martha and the Muffins “ Motorbikin”.

  4. Very well done. You’ve done your homework. The fact that you included “ bad motor scooter “ proves it. Nice job.. I’m now officially subscribed to your channel.

  5. Blue’s Theme – Dave Allen and the Arrows. It plays in my head every time I start up my bike.

  6. Great list i am 100% behind most of the songs and especially the number 1 choice. Something about Midnight rider playing in the back when i am riding home after the sun has set really gets me every time. Some other choices I havent seen in the other comments:
    1) simple man/Free Bird from Lynyrd Skynyrd
2)One last ride from Molly Hatchet or Heartless Land from the same band
    3)Ride on from AC/DC
Must haves for any bagger rider that respects himself

  7. you got the right band, but the wrong song. Saxon, wheels of steel is where its at.

  8. Sweet..Saxon now there is a band I haven't heard about for 40 years.. Do you remember Acept ? not sure if 1 or 2 C's.

  9. Long Lonesome Highway, sung by Michael Parks, the TV show Then Came Bronson. this show was the spark that lit the fire under my butt to ride a motorcycle. Been riding ever since and will be riding 'till I die

  10. You had me until you said, "…The Beach Boys…one of the most talented rock bands…". You could be right, but just in case there's a heaven and a just God, I refuse to internalize this sort of blasphemy.

    Good Stuff, my guy.

  11. I'm late to the party but great video! Check out the box set Skydog: The Duane Allman Retrospective. It has 129 songs. I believe you would enjoy it.
