  4. Just bought a dividend stock recently PSEC…. 0.35 EPS 16.05 P/E 12.81% Annual Dividend. Looking at the stock chart it's still under pre-pandemic levels but has been steadily increasing. Oh and they just released pricing of $325 Million in aggregate principle amount of 3.706% notes due in 2026.

  9. Everyone should do their due diligence before investing. Especially when someone is recommending a Chinese stock that is getting delisted…

    That suggestion made me question this channel. Sure, P/E looks fine, but you need to question the social/economic reasons it's stock price is tanking instead of just sales numbers.

    Poor suggestion. This video should have a warning before people just blindly follow over a cliff.

  12. My favorite dividend play is 100% STWD. I'm beyond done with AT&T. Only problem with REITs though is that they are taxed as income.

    Also, O dipped a bit due to raising capital. I thought about that one as a monthly dividend play.
